What to do if product is defective or damaged?

Contact us through our website or send an e-mail to hello@ypikidswear.com whithin 15 days of product reception exposing the issue and attaching all possible information (pictures). We will confirm the reception of your request in 24 hours. Once we have contacted you we will send a carrier, at our expense, to pick up the product at the address you provide. After we receive the product and evaluate the issue, you have two options: refund or exchange for a new product.

 

What to do if size is not correct?

Contact us through our website or send an e-mail to hello@ypikidswear.com whithin 15 days of product reception exposing your case, and stating model and size of the product and model and size you want to exchange it for, as well as the address where you want it sent to. We will confirm the reception of your request in 24 hours. We will send a carrier A.S.A.P. to the address you provide to exchange the product. Delivery costs are at our expense. In this case, we do not make refunds.

What to do if your case is none of the above mentioned?

Contact us through ou website or send an e-mail to hello@ypikidswear.com whithin 15 days of product reception and expose your case. Once the issue is thoroughly evaluated we will give you the best possible solution whithin 24/48 hours.
